Judea: Bent Tree North
We define Judea as the communities north of the Sam Rayburn Tollway (121)—Frisco, McKinney, Little Elm, Prosper, etc. Currently there are over 700 people who call Bent Tree home and commute to Carrollton every Sunday morning.
Frisco is the most centrally located city in our Judea and the plan is to establish a satellite campus in the Frisco community. Our vision is a place where people will connect in transformational relationships that emphasize families experiencing Life in Christ and as a church, we can express the Life of Christ through missional living in our community.
We desire to provide a Sunday worship experience consistent with Bent Tree Carrollton—a vibrant community of believers where everyone is welcome and led through relevant worship and biblical teaching, including a Family Ministry where kids and students alike are taught biblical truths establishing a foundation for their faith in Christ.

God has not yet provided us with the location of Bent Tree North but that hasn’t stopped Him from doing ministry there. Here are some of the next steps to get Bent Tree North established:

- Sending key staff leadership to our Judea, to equip, challenge and support the Bent Tree core that lives there now. We want to focus on reaching our kids and students, building LifeGroups, and making a difference in the community.
- Gathering the Bent Tree North community for a Saturday night service every other month to worship together, celebrate what God is doing in our community, and grow in Christ together through hearing His Word taught by the Bent Tree teaching team.
- Praying faithfully for God to answer the “where” question by providing a place for our Saturday evening services every other month and ultimately a place to call home for Bent Tree North. This could be a vacant warehouse, or grocery store or even a piece of land. Pray we wait for this provision in His perfect timing.
